The most unprofessional owner I have ever dealt with in my life. Way over priced. Terrible communication. Never go there..

New Name and New Owner!!! Cottonwood Tire & Auto formerly [redacted] changed owners as of January 1st 2014. I have an older car VW to boot which almost always require VW parts but [redacted] and [redacted](new owner) do their best to find alternatives. They always answer my plethora of questions patiently and kindly. They offer coupons that are season specific in the value pack coupons that come in the mail. They have no problem taking me out to my car and either showing me the solution or the problem. I know it is 2014 but most mechanics that I have come across tend to still treat women differently when to comes to their vehicles. It is refreshing to go to a shop where the owner rolls up his sleeves and goes out to work with his employees. [redacted] is always in the office greeting those who enter with a smile and is professionally courteous. They have totally revamped the office area and even offer complimentary water. Mechanics are in an industry which usually get a bad rap. This shop and their employees have integrity and stand behind their work. The work done is done in a timely manner and cost efficient. I highly recommend this shop to the people in the area trust me it is not [redacted] anymore. If you went their when it was [redacted] and stopped I recommend you stopping by and checking out the new shop. Kudos to [redacted], [redacted] and all Mechanics.
