Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
First off, this "simple" reply from the owner speaks volumes to their customer service Was I upset? Yes But I never said the words he claims I simply laid out why I was mad He then told me to: "Come down here, and then you'll regret it" We can go all day long on he said, she said
The simplicity of this issue boils down to this; I purchased a room, paid for it, and received a confirmation number at $per night I then received an e-mail for the cancellation of this transaction I then looked it up on-line, as well as calling this business to confirm if they had rooms available, which they did, and the rate was at $per night This is simply an illegal business practice They canceled my reservation at $per night when they realized they could get $per night Plain and simple
Sincerely,*** ***

On 10/11/at 9:47pm we received an alert from Booking .com that we had sold a room for the upcoming game weekendWe received other bookings from Booing .com as wellThe problem is Booking.com was turned offOur motel was going
through an ownership transferI called Booking.com and they got the glitch shut offThey informed us it was a computer glitch and they would be responsible for the room sales that was made
The next morning Mr*** and the other over booked people called and we explained booking.com was handling the problemThey were all ok except Mr***I tried telling him times but he would just start on his tie rate of “I will sue you, I turn you over to the Revdex.com, I will spend the rest of my life making your life hell, I will spend the rest of my life to destroying your business, Ect..” He was the one making the threatsSo I cute this rude man loose
Booking.com made everyone involved including us wholeThey have paid for relocates free of charge to allNo one suffered lose here

First off, this "simple" reply from the owner speaks volumes to their customer service.  Was I upset? Yes.  But I never said the words he claims.  I simply laid out why I was mad.  He then told me to: "Come down here, and then you'll regret it".  We can go all day long on he said, she said.
The simplicity of this issue boils down to this;  I purchased a room, paid for it, and received a confirmation number at $50.00 per night.  I then received an e-mail for the cancellation of this transaction.  I then looked it up on-line, as well as calling this business to confirm if they had rooms available, which they did, and the rate was at $150.00 per night.  This is simply an illegal business practice.  They canceled my reservation at $50 per night when they realized they could get $150 per night.  Plain and simple.

Sincerely,[redacted]

I made a reservation two months ahead of time for a Saturday night stay for a WSU football game. Booked two rooms for one night. Asked for a written confirmation which I never received. Confirmation number was the room # and date?? One week before arrival they called and tried to enforce a two night minimum (I could not be there second night) which left me with no other options in Pullman or Moscow at late date. Highly unprofessional business. When you do not confirm things in writing it comes down to he said, she said. Manager just wanted to argue with me. My son is attending WSU and for the next four years I refuse to stay at this hotel. Very short sighted approach. This was their mistake not mine.
