I contacted the business for an estimate for snow removal. The man I spoke with saud he would need to drop by and explained that he needs a contract signed and the timeframe his contract covers. He arrived at the residence and was extremely pushy. I advised I needed to talk over his estimate with my significant other and he told me to call him at work because he came out to do this estimate for me. I'm unable to call my boyfriend at work and informed him of that. He accused me of wasting his time (although he had informed me over the phone he had 2 other estimates to do in my area) and tried pushing me into signing a contract that he hadn't even offered me to read. He was extremely rude and was obviously not in need of any business to be that rude with a potential customer that was not only interested in snow removal but yard work this summer.
