Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response we received from the business on 10/6/was in regard to a receipt for repairs, which they responded that they were not going to make They decided to sell the trawithout repairs After that response, I again responded to them with at least THREE requests for a SIMPLE LETTER, documenting the FACT that $was decreased from our travalue due to water damage to the skin of the RV Nothing in our purchase paperwork documented that $decrease Giving us a letter that states exactly what they did is a very simple and easy thing for them to resolve I'm not sure why they are so reluctant to take minutes and simply write us a letter that states they deducted the $off the trade in.They will not be involved in any way with our insurance claim They will simply be stating, in a letter, that they decreased our trade in value due to water damage We are not asking for anything out of line here Regards, [redacted] ***
