I have a voice message from the roadside service that states ""Hello *** *** its Austin again from Att roadside assistance, uh, my co-worker, um, is on the case right now, I think I heard him talking to you a little bit earlier so, uh, we should be all good and, um, it should be all handle, uh, just wanted to let you know that I hadn't forgotten about you and that it is being settled by him right now You have a great day."

On March 23, 2015, I received a dispatch from *** Motor Club to perform a jump start for *** ***'s *** ***. My driver arrived at *** ***'s residence in a timely fashion and attempted to perform the requested jump start. After several attempts to jump start the vehicle,
it was determined the jump would not work and the customer was given the option of towing her vehicle to a repair facility of her choice. The customer chose to have her vehicle towed to ** ***, also located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, approximately miles away. *** was notified of the change in service and of the garage in which the customer wanted her vehicle towed to. *** subsequently, as per their usual practice, faxed to my company a new call with a new purchase order number. On said fax, it indicated the customer was covered for $only. When the driver relayed this information to *** ***, she, in turn, contacted ***. Per *** ***, *** informed her she was covered in full; however, I had it in writing that she was only covered for $50. I personally did confirm with *** that she was, in fact, only covered for $50. My driver proceeded to inform *** *** that per the faxed information, she was covered for only $50. I subsequently took a picture of the fax from *** evidencing the $coverage. The customer got on the telephone with me and argued with me stating we were crooks and she has had her vehicle towed previously and has never had to pay for the tow. I tried to explain to her that we have a $hook up fee and we charge $per mile that we tow the vehicle. We were towing the vehicle miles for a total of $for the mileage + $hook up fee for a total of $90.00. She was covered for $as per the fax from *** which left a total of $due. I tried, in detail, to explain this to her and she just argued with me saying we were crooks and she never had to pay before. At this point, having already been with *** *** for over hours, I indicated to her that since we already had her vehicle on our truck, if she did not want to pay the money, we would have to impound her vehicle. That is also company policy and was explained to her in that particular fashion. She decided to pay my driver in cash for the said $dollars. As far as the payment goes, it is company policy that we accept cash and all major credit cards. When a customer pays with cash or credit cards, they are offered a receipt. *** *** was offered and given a receipt when she asked for same

I am rejecting this response because:
They did not arrive in a timely manner - it was over an hour -
I had my phone on speaker in the tow truck when my provider indicated that the entire cost was covered - the driver heard this -
I never used the word "crooks" in reference to their company or anything else -this is not a word in my vocabulary -
I was not "offered" a receipt I asked for one and was told I could get a receipt if I went out to the truck otherwise my car would be impounded -
