RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me The dealership contacted me and replaced the ECM at no cost to me, they also brought the vehicle to the DMV and had it pass the Emissions test with no cost to meI then drove to a third part DMV location and paid for my renewal registration My complaint has been satisfied by Coulter Infiniti I thank you for your assistance with this matter Regards, [redacted]

Coulter Infiniti sold me a previously wrecked "Certified Pre-Owned" Infiniti without disclosureA clean car fax report was provided to me from the dealer at the time of our contractual agreement and at no time was I aware of the crash or that I was purchasing a previously wrecked vehicle(would not have bought had I known) The vehicle has always been in the possession of Coulter Infiniti which would lead me to believe that they knowingly were aware of the accident/damages to the carThey obviously agreed to take the car back upon my findings of the true history of the vehicle but that is it!! They did not even have the courtesy to get back with me to discuss compensation for my losses(like Tony the [redacted] said he would do) Horrible customer relations on his part!! I was asking for no more than what was owed to meI lost my trade in value and the fact that the appearance of consumer fraud and breach of contract has taken place, I will now pursue other avenues in attempt to get my fair compensation for their very poor business practicesI have bought three Infiniti's from Coulter Infiniti in the past as well as referred friends and family to themThat relationship is gone and I will never recommend or have anything positive to say about this establishment again!!

I brought my car to Coulter Infiniti on March 3rd to inquire why my check engine light was onI needed it turned off so I can pass emissions testing to renew my vehicle registration [redacted] the service rep said it needed the passenger side Catalytic Converter (Cat), Oxygen Sensor and a short in the wiring repairedHe quoted me $1500.00, I asked if that will solve the problem so it will it pass emissions He said if the repairs did not work they would be able to get the light off to pass emissions, so I authorized the work On April 14th I was told the repairs did not work, and they thought it may be the computer He said they put a used computer in and it threw a ignition coil error which was incorrect so that computer was faulty as well I asked if they tried another computer and he said they did not have one available At this point unless I pay for the computer they cant get the light offI found it odd that I would have to pay for part replacements until they find the e

Coulter Infiniti sold me the car CPO-QI bought the car in Aug 16,from NaderThis is when all the lies get started, that day I go with my friend, before I pay, we did a test drive for the car, and we find out the following problem with the car:
Front bumper need to be fixed
Missing button in the front passenger seat
Scratches
Also I find the following problem after I drive to home:
There is paint falling around the hood (Quality issues?)
For the first problem, since we signed a contract, so you guys fixed for meFor the second problem, it took you guys more than month to order the buttons and after waiting for a month or so no further information received from you guysFor the Third problem before I pay, my friend I clearly hear Nader said" Believe me, we have very good people that can fix it and make the car like brand new" but we do not signed contract, because I think coulter infiniti are big dealer, and I do not believe you guy will lie to customer, so I pay everything that dayAfter that, I go home and make an appointment to fix the front bumperIn Aug 28, I came to Coulter Infiniti to Pick up the carThen I find Missing button and scratches still not fixIn that time Nader was there to help other customer, so I text him and tell him these problems and also send him the pictures about these problem, then I go to classFew days later, Nader still not reply my messageThen I call JASON which is Nader's manager, I told him everything between Nader and I, and he said Nader know how to help me and already help me order the buttonThen I wait for almost one week, no more respond from you guys, so I call Jason again, no one pick up the phoneI call him everyday, but still no one picks up the phone, then I leave the massage to front desk, ask that people tell Jason call me back, and he never call me backSo I left a review on yelp, the sales manger Brian G*** left a comment said he wants to hear more about the situationSo he said he will talk to Nadar about it and then call me backSo when he calls me he threatens me that if I want to get the scratches and button fixed I need to change my reviews first, if I did he will just "Try" to help me, he also stated that’s how they run their business, lying to your customer not doing what you had promise? Calming there's no proof? Since you guys lie to me so many times, I wouldn't change my reviews until you guys help me fix the things you guys had promise or told meIf I knew everything was just a lie to buy a car from you guys I wouldn't even come to this dealership, Coulter Infiniti clearly show me that they careless about their customer after everything is being paidIf I know you guys don't value your customer, I could had bought my car somewhere else that cares about their customer and try everything to help!!!!!

We sympathize with Mr. [redacted] frustration in discovering the additional cause of the check engine light concern. In order to assist Mr. [redacted] with further diagnosis, we will replace the computer at no cost to him. We have notified him and scheduled an appointment for the repair.

Review: We purchased a 2004 [redacted] on 8/24/13. When we purchased the vehicle the Business Manager ([redacted]) inquired if we were interested in purchasing the extended warranty through [redacted]? [redacted] talked up the product and told us how great the plan was, We purchased the Deluxe plan for 2500.00. On 12/2/13, we took the vehicle in for repair because the airbag came on and would not go out. We requested that a full inspection be completed on the vehicle. We received a call from [redacted] (Asst. Service manager) stating that the vehicle a lot of repairs: replace module for airbag, replace oil cooler O ring, sub woofer, replace both front compression rod, replace both ball joint knuckles, replace sub frame bushings and they recommended after all the repairs and 4 wheel alignment would be needed. Total cost $5701.15. We inquired what our extended warranty covered, and was told the warranty plan stated they were not going to cover any of the cost because they felt the issues were "pre-existing" and we had not driven the vehicle long enough. We then contacted the general manager of Coulter Infiniti ([redacted]) to inquire about the repairs and to complain about the warranty company that Infiniti sold us. [redacted] stated that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected before it was sold to us, and that the warranty company needed to pay for the repairs. After Infiniti and the warranty company went back and forth through phone calls for 8 days, no one covered the cost of the airbag module, [redacted] stated they would only cover the cost of parts for compression rod/tension. Infiniti stated they would cover the labor for the compression rod and cover the cost of replacing the O ring and the wheel alignment. We paid for the replacement of the airbag module and the sub woofer. When we inquired about the other repairs that were needed, Coulter Infiniti stated "well the warranty company will not pay for the other repairs, and our mechanic states that the parts are worn and eventually will need to be replaced". So at this time our vehicle is partially repaired, were paid out of pocket 1013.60. With more costly repairs coming in the future, and we are uncertain if the vehicle is safe to drive with all the concerns noted.Desired Settlement: We want our vehicle completely repaired either by the dealership or the warranty company the dealership sold to us, at no additional cost to us.
