Review: In March of 2015, I purchased a used 07 chevy equinox from Coulter. During this time, after I was told the car went through a 100 point inspection, I tried out the rear windshield wiper, it did not work. So I made an appointment to have this looked at, at the same time I was having ignition issues with turning off the car. I made the appointment and was turned around because I was informed that they did not do diagnostics on weekends. So, when I had the wiper completed I informed them of the issue of the ignition sticking. Took the vehicle in, they said they fixed the issue. A day later, the same problem as I was told this was fixed, Now, this is the third time bringing in this car and the second time getting the ignition fixed. Now I was told it was something else that had to do with a switch. Right after these incidents, I had this car back into the shop as I was told to redo an entire 100 point inspection. Even before purchasing I looked under the hood, I never saw once spec of oil near filler port. I was told no leak, well it was not there and I have not given it a oil change as I was told I did by one of the service people. I have been going back to this dealership a total of 7 times 4 for work related parts, one for another inspection, and two I was turned away. Now, with other things going wrong with this vehicle, this will be 8 within a over a 60 day period of the new contract.Desired Settlement: I am asking, to have this vehicle to be bought back to the dealership and find me the same value and mileage I had on this suv with no cost to myself, as I have wasted my time going back and fourth for this vehicle. I should not have to eat any cost for a vehicle that has given me a headache. I have paid down 1000 for the down payment and soon to be a second car payment of 420 which equals 840.00 for a truck I cannot enjoy.

Seems like people only give reviews if they are unhappy. I have come here for service for years and always been happy. They always perform a free multi point inspection and get the repairs done at a good rate and give me a free loaner car. What else could a customer ask for? Try getting that some where else

Coulter gave unsolictied advise during my visit. I did not request a quote on their questionalbe repairs on my vehicle but the issue that I went in for was not their forcus. I am very disappointed that they gave me an unsolicited price quote on repairs and no quote on the fix that I went in for. They also claimed that I came in on the wrong day. I was offered a rental car, no charge but instead of calling and letting me know something about the fix that I went in for they claimed that they did not have my telephone number. I was shocked because I gave my telephone number twice. Once to the dealership and once to the car rental place. I am wondering if is normal to give unsolictied advise about repairs?
