There was no communication from you to us stating that you were
backed upI was told that I was going to get a call which never happenedI did exactly what I was told regarding the estimate, we were told it would be done within weeks time and I would be hearing from someone at your officeI didn't hear back so I called and was told that I would be getting a call back with a date, I was not told at that time that you couldn't do itI still didn't hear backI called back again and was told Howard wasn't in but he would call me within an hour, I didn't get a call backI gave him til the following day and called back and was told he was out and she couldn't get in touch with himI was insistent that we get an answer because we lost so much time I couldn't get anyone elseI got a call back within minutes and was told you didn't want our jobNOW we are in a jam and are have to do it ourselves by hand which we are really not equipped to doI hope you can see my frustration hereHad you told us you were backed up we could have gotten another company to do the jobWe take extreme pride in our work and wanted to have the binder put down by a paving companyYour response shows your lack of empathy and professionalism in this matter.

The reason we were not able to do the work was many unexpected occurrences and she was told two weeks to the day that we were not able to do the job this year, because of delays beyond and out of our control.

The reason we would be unable to complete the project you requested is because there were many unexpected occurrences that caused delays for projects booked before yours that caused backups. It was not lack of trying.
