[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I have spoken with Carla [redacted] and we have mutually agreed on her plan of action to remedy my complaints. She was very responsive to me and I appreciated her acceptance of my complaint. She took responsibility for her part in the confusion and genuinely was concerned about my well being.  I would like to close my complaint and make sure there is no negative consequences for Carla or her business or her reputation.  Thank you.
