Count on Us Pools and Spas

Review: We had a new pool liner and filter installed by "Count on Us Pools and Spas" this past July,2013. We have a problem with the liner coming apart and called the company to get someone to fix it. My wife left multiple messages just a few weeks after the pool was installed and no one called back. Finally, she was able to speak to of one of [redacted] directly and told him about the problem. After speaking with him he said he would look at the schedule and call back with a time to come over and fix the problem. [redacted] never called back and my wife again made numerous calls and left messages about the problem but no one called back. In fact, my wife kept leaving messages regarding the problem with the liner and we did NOT get one call back from the company to fix the problem. We paid for our new pool liner in cash and once the pool liner was installed we could not get any customer service for our problem or help with cleaning our pool or any person to talk to us.Desired Settlement: We would like our pool liner fixed!
