Review: I ordered a product form them weeks ago and have yet to get what I order. I tried contacting the company by phone and email multiple times over the past weeks and have only talked to someone ones and they said they would call me back with more info, I never received a call from them. All other times I call I hear a recording that there voice mail is full. I have not received a reply to my emails. They have taken my money and I want what I ordered.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered.

Review: bought the counteract device placed on vehicle seemed to work properly, after about two and a half years the indicator light stopped working, called the company they said to send the unit back it was under warranty talked to a person named George he said they would make it right. mailed the unit back on the 17th of January called to confirm the unit was received, George said they got it, they had to bench test it, and after that I was never able to contact him again. the unit cost 350 dollars, I would like to either get the unit back with the new coupler George said he would send or get my money back.Desired Settlement: would like the device back with proper repairs, but if not refund of the dollar amount spent.
