I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, there is a difference of about $13.00 between what I paid and the value of the filter pack I received. I presume there will be a remaining credit of about $13.00 with Country Aire.
RE: Case ID#: [redacted]To whom it may concern,This is a response to Mr. [redacted]’s complaint filed on 10/2/15. We unfortunately didn’t receive this complaint until June of 2016. Our advertising material clearly states the odds. I am not sure what card Mr. [redacted] received. They are printed in batches...
of 1,000,000. We do keep a log of the main prize distribution per 1,000,00 printed. If Mr. [redacted] would like that info, I would need to know what card he received. Furthermore, there is no obligation. A customer has two choices. One: view our product in home at which time we match the advertising material to our master chart to determine the prize. Two: they can come to the office on any Saturday during business hours and have the card matched to the master chart. Apparently, we also offered Mr. [redacted] a third option that is rare, mailing the card. Mr. [redacted] is still welcome to any of the options.
