I am rejecting this response because: they failed to disclose their attorney's information for weeks, and their attorney has not attempted to reach out nor attempt to settle this issue to date To the contrary, their attorney elects to not respond to my attempts to reach out, as *** *** *** has elected to do all along Their attorney also finds it professional to insult me and make inappropriate comments about my age such as "I have been practicing law longer than you have been alive" I am not sure what my age has to do with anything Due to these reasons and many others, I have since filed suit against *** *** *** *** and also have had numerous prior customers of *** *** *** *** reach out for help as they have had very similar experiences This situation is not an isolated incident and there are many others who have had issues with this dealership *** *** *** electing to be "silent" is always their response and is exactly why my lienholder forced them to buy-back my loan, which I have documented as well

In regards to [redacted] rejection response because claiming to have legal counsel isn't sufficient to her or that our legal counsel has not contacted her. [redacted] is fully aware of [redacted] retaining Legal Counsel against her. [redacted] HAS been contacted by our attorney numerous times. We have had a Attorney from day one and will continue to use until this matter has been resolved for [redacted]. At that point we will fully disclose the resolution of this matter but as of now we retain silence as this is STILL an ongoing issue. Thank you for your understanding and hope to be in touch soon.
