Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The Unprofessional way to diagnose is the throw all the blame at the consumerI took my vehicle to West Chester Mercedes Benz and Immediately they identified the wobble/helicopter noise coming from the drive shaftThey mentioned there was a unbalance in the drive shaft that is causing the wobble noiseWhy couldn't the foreman and Mechanic at Cincinnati find this issue after times of bringing in the vehicle? Yet, you threw the consumer out the door by trusting your foreman who only knows how to change a wheel bearing? Is that all they do at Cincinnati Mercedes? Yes, I was affected and it was affecting my personal lifeI am a Mercedes Benz fan and have always been and always have driven Mercedes Benz with a passionThe fact that the vehicle wasn't purchased from Cincinnati Mercedes was likely the fact that the service department was treating me the way I was being treatedWithout properly diagnosing, you don't throw diagnosis to the consumer, only to turn around and purchase and do all the things spend over $3,and still have the issueThis is by far the worst experience I've ever hadI want $3,reimbursedProof of repair will be provided by Mercedes Benz West Chester and attached shortly Regards, [redacted]

This is a long story- I will do my best to summarize as quickly as possible. Also, as you can see, I have attached this person’s repair history so you can see how fair we have been.In mid-May Mr [redacted] brought his car to us right after he had purchased it from a Volkswagen dealership in Cleveland....

We agreed with him that his car had excessive road noise. We recommended three things. 1. New Tires. 2. Replace a bent Rim. 3. It was possible that a wheel bearing could be bad. On May 25th he brought his vehicle back and wanted the Right front wheel bearing replaced because he had replaced all four tires and he claims rims as well. We replaced the wheel bearing under the warranty and also advised him he needed to put OEM tires on the car- I do not remember the brand he had purchased- it was a brand I had never heard of. On June 5th he came back and claimed he was still hearing road noises. My shop foreman drove with him and could not duplicate his concerns but we agreed to do another wheel bearing just as an attempt to satisfy him..The day he picked the car up he brought it right back and claimed the exact same thing. We told him his wheels were still not straight. At this point he blew up in my service drive. I brought him into my office and tried to reason with him. This was a complete waste of my time. He went on to tell me this car was affecting his marriage, work life, and he was loosing sleep. At that point I asked him to leave. He is beyond help with his car. He actually wants MBUSA to buy it back even though he purchased it from another brand named dealer. They declined his request.  His wants are completely unreasonable. To this date we have never confirmed, outside of the original test drive, with him that there is even a  noise. I hope this helps. Please contact me should you have any questions.Best,[redacted]

Without properly diagnosing, you don't throw false diagnosis to the consumer, only to turn around and purchase and do all the things spend over $3,500 and still have the issue. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I want $3,500 reimbursed. Proof of repair will be provided by Mercedes Benz West Chester and attached shortly.
