Due to our poor customer service a full refund was processed and check should have been received Thank you

In regards to Ms [redacted] 's vehicle we have completely rectified the issue regarding her steering rack and is in perfect operating condition relating the repairs I hope Ms [redacted] is completely satisfied and further I hope we gained her confidence back as a customer! Thank you!Please accept my apologies for the delay in response as I have been relocated with the company to another locationI will notify the correct contact moving forward! Hello, I have researched this transaction and I agree with the clients comments. The Client Advisor Mr. [redacted] went to the service department to inquire on the status of the vehicle and work being performed as the vehicle was not through the inspection process at the time the customer was...

at our dealership. The service advisor mixed the vehicle up with another vehicle and stated to Mr. [redacted] that the tires would be replaced. Mr. [redacted] in turn relayed the information the client. The tires well surpassed the inspection so they were not replaced. Never the less the Client Advisor relayed the incorrect information and we are willing to either replace the tires or pay the customer the $500.00 requested. I would suggest the $500.00 for the fact the client will have time before the tires we actually need to be replaced. I will proceed with either option Ms. [redacted] decides.
