Review: We had our new unit installed by Eagle Mountain in early march and We had problems from day 1. It took 4 days to finish, then the heat wouldnt come on. Took Kasey Mays 2 weeks before he came out to check it & the whole time the unit ran non stop! He finally came out but found out the guys that worked for him put in wrong stuff so he had to fix the tubing and fixed a few other things they did wrong, no insulation on the box to a vent, wrong tubing for the return vent, ect.

We had to call and text again that the unit still seemed to be putting out cold air and running again. He took another week before he came to look at it. He adjusted the thermostat on the unit. Now we have to get it inspected by our County Inspector and he still yet has fixed all that needs to be corrected , like he didnt seperate or put rubber piece between the copper gas line from metal pipes on outside or has he installed a cut off switch on the unit in the attic. He was to have showed up Friday April 18th never showed and never called.

Things he had to fix was Install the light and receptacle in the attic-he never did that so my husband bought the items to fix it and he never bought the mechanicals license to have it installed so we had to pay for that which was $85.00.

we just have finished dealing with him and would like people to be aware of his awful service that he claims he has 24/7 sservice. Thats not true at all. He also has a very bad attitude and expects the person to fix his mistakes or what he needs to have serviced on the unit.Desired Settlement: Would like for someone else that has more experience to check out the unit and tell us whats wrong with it and have it fixed where we dont have to put out more money.

For starters we gave a extremely low price to help these people because it used to be family.

For two all electrical stuff is on you and your electrician not me .

For 3 every time I came to look at it you were never home so how would you know if I was there or not. 99% of the time the filter was so stopped because yal were doing construction work . You had all the walls tore out no insulation the unit can't preform like it should when you are doing what I told you not to which is run the system while using saws tools ect. Nothing was installed wrong. And if you would go look at the gas line you will see it is something between that but besides that it doesn't mean it was wrong it's just what the inspector wanted. And I thank I and my guys have very good attitudes and people skills some people want something for nothing and try to blame there problems or losses on others .

We actually received a cheaper price from another company but since we thought he would not do us wrong & we did trust him that we gave him our business. Besides when he said he would come on a certain day then most of that time he never showed up or called. We would always have to txt him of when he is gonna make it out.

I was home a few times he came by but assumed he did fix it. After the inspector came & I spoke with him on the phone of what needed to be corrected the cut off switch is suppose to be on the unit & it is his responsibility & it still has not been corrected.

He did put some rubber between the metal & copper on the gas line but never put a rubber spacer on the freon line.

The bad thing also is that he advertises 24/7 maintenance & repair, but you have to wait till its convenient for him before he can help you.

Last thing is he lied to us about getting a mechanics license when he was suppose to have bought one anyway, so we had to buy it out of our pockets before the building inspector came out. He also lied about telling us to not run the furnace while we were only spackling & sanding the walls. We had no idea it was stopping the vent up till weeks later when he finally told us that's why it wasn't working. We had also just fully insulated the house when he claimed that's why it wouldn't work.

I highly suggest him & his workers take customer service classes to learn how to be more professional with the public & the service when someone needs something fixed or questions answered in a timely manner, or remove the false advertisement on his website & work trucks for 24/7 service. We also had bought filters and kept them changed and we had to get another company to fix the unit so we could have heat

Anything over 99 volts has to be performed by a licensed electrician and I don't have the proper license. Also the warranty on labor was voided when you allowed someone else to work on it before the job was completed.

Kasey Never told us he couldnt put the cut off switch on the unit, after I told him it still needed to be completed & that our electrician was ill & couldnt do it.

the othwr thibg about the warranty is we Never heard back from Kacey for 2 weeks so we had to get someone else to look at rhe unit so we could have heat. Ir also ran non-stop in betweeb the 2 weeks & ran out all our gas. Now we font have money to grt it refilled.

Kacey Never mentioned anything aboutvthe warranty on labor being discontinued sue to someobe else having to look at it. He came to fix some of the buildibg complaints after that & still neverentioned it.

I had a very positive experience with C and J. Gas logs were installed, furnace and humidifier checked. They are very professional and extremely competent. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

Review: I purchase a [redacted] A/c and heating unit from C & J Services. There is a known leak in the freon line - owners [redacted] and [redacted] knows about this. Has been out multiple times to fill with freon. At last about a month ago they located the leak and said they did not have time today to fix it - they said they would return. Never have. I have texted [redacted] numerous times to have [redacted] dispatched out. She said she will pass the info on to him. Never hear back from [redacted] or [redacted]. Now my heating won't work. I leave for out of town trips every week and this is forcing me to leave my wife and children with no heat. The outside heat pump will not produce heat nor will the gas furnace ignite.Desired Settlement: I want my ac and heating system fixed!!!
