I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Given the quality of work and the time and energy spent in calling them, scheduling them, begging them and tolerating non professional behavior the business needs to offer more than "will attempt one more time- customer needs to call," this unfortunately shows business arrogance and lack of customer careBusiness overcharged by 35% to begin with for supposedly better quality and customer care (dollar square foot vsdollars) and used sub quality material.We are not satisfied with their offer of repairing it because we know they have not done a good job, and did not complete it even after years..........and now want us to call and beg them to come in

Our company was mowing at the neighbors next door and some grass blew into a mulch bed In our opinion this was a minor issueI have dealt with this client and his wife for many years and they are both very difficult to deal with and pleaseThis was an unfortunate situation and I knew whatever I
did to fix it would not satisfy themI went above and beyond to fix the situation the best way I knew howI was out of line when I spoke with the client on the phoneI was frustrated because I knew I would not be able to fix the situation to his satisfactionI did call him back and apologize for speaking out of line

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised: the business will make one last attempt to repair for consumer The homeowner must be present for the repair to sign off on the work No refunds will be given Please contact the office to schedule a repair
