We Purchased a home in January in *** ** This is going to be our vacation home Our primary home is in *** ** In may we met with Adam *** of *** *** from *** Ct We explained to him that this was our summer home and we needed someone to oversee the changes that we wanted to do to the home He said that his company could provide all the necessary renovations that we wanted in the home, he said that he would provide contractors and workers and oversee the work We flew back and forth from **to ** a few times and met with Adam every time to go over what needed to be done and what was already done As the work was completed, Adam would contact me and tell me how much he needed to take out of my credit card which I provided him The work went on to our satisfaction for a while and then we started seeing unacceptable sloppy work I continually asked him for the invoices for the work being preformed and was always given an excuse , Ill get it to
