I want to let you know about a really bad experience I recently had with an auto body shop I selected to repair my [redacted] ickup after the truck bed, rear tailgate was damagedI took the pickup to Schatz and Krum [redacted] on 9/19/I was assured the vehicle would be completed soon, no less than weeks"I've dealt with [redacted] a lot and I'll do a really top-notch job" was the statement by the manager ***There is a sign on the front of the business for the California Autobody Association, "Honestly, integrity, Craftmanship".This shop has done work for me before and that experience was excellent and as well this shop was recommended by the local radio station as a great [redacted] repair facility, what could wrong? When the weeks passed I called the shop and was assured that the bed was in the paint booth and the new bumper was on the truck "It'll be just a few days, we have to put it back together" Week 3: I called or time with no answer
