Our dealership is not accusing our customer of anythingI cannot imagine why he is saying he has had problems with us since buying itIt was a pleasure to try and help him get into his dream carWe worked very hard to obtain financing and were always happy to see him when he came into the
dealership.Chrysler Corporation is denying his warrantyIt is not up to us to make that determinationWe have made this very clear to our customerApparently Chrysler is stating that something "outside" the engine was ingested into the engine causing the failureWe would love for our customer to have his problem handled under warrantyIt is not our callI can certainly sympathize with him, we all canWe wish we could do something, but, we cannotGordon A***
Review: Something caused one of my pistons to seize up in my 2014 Dodge charger [redacted]. The dealership is trying to get out of Warranty work by saying I caused this issue. I have problems with this car and dealership since I had it. My insurance will cover it but I think this is under warranty. My car only has 9000mi it was a gift to myself from retiring from the Army MedicallyDesired Settlement: My car should be covered and I shouldn't be getting accused from the dealership of doing something wrong to my car.
