Country Clean Laundry & Car Wash

Review: I pulled into the car wash on Thursday, July 31, 2014 approximately 4:00 p.m. and inserted $10 into the machine for an $8.00 car wash. I should have received $2.00 in change back. However, the car wash itself did not work and the machine did not refund any money, as I should have gotten back the whole $10 if the car wash was not operating. The door to the car wash was open...there were no signs placed that the equipment wasn't working properly or even that the company had gone out of business. I proceeded to the laundry mat next door since it is same owner of the car wash and the laundry mat was locked and completely empty; obviously closed up shop, again no signs stating "out of business."Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $10.00.
