This used to be a great place to liveJaclyn was a great managerWhen she left this place went down hillThe next manager Lisa was rude and was never in the officeThere have been so many managers I can't keep upI'm not sure what the previous complaint was about, because Jaclyn was always helpful and kindShe always was available, and is missedThe owners should bring her backI'm giving a negative review because they need a manager like Jaclyn that cares about the residents
