In mid-September, 2016n I went to Country Club Carwash for a car wash One of their employees accidentally locked the doors Not knowing the doors were locked, one of their employees tried to open the rear driver side door and pulled the handle out of the door He immediately pushed the handle back into the door I saw this out of the corner of my eye and I didn't realize what happened because everything looked normal It wasn't until later that day when I tried to open the door and the handle came out that I realized what had happened (Side note: Fortunately the hatch was not locked and one of their employees was able to crawl from the back to the front of my Escalade to unlock the doors.)
The next day I went to speak to the manager, his name is ***, and told him what happened He said he would look at the video and get back to me I told him that I was leaving on vacation soon and wanted this resolved before I left He said he understood I then went to my Cadillac d

I went to this business to get a car wash on July 4th After I left I noticed my window tint had been scratched I went back the following morning to show them and was told I would get a call from a manager after they watched the video I still have not received any phone call I have called them several times as well as messaged them on Facebook and have repeatedly been told they will contact me but they have not It’s been over a month now

We have contacted Mr*** and are in the process of getting issue resolved

Stopped by around 6:30pm 04/20/just to get my car washedI was told about all the different packages and not once was I told that $package does not include cleaning the car from insideNot once was I told I have to ask for the scent when I am checking out that it is not put in your car anymoreI feel like I was sold something I did not need as I told I really needed them to clean my car inside if I am paying $No one told me that for $bucks I get my car washed and vacuumed that's itI would of not paid thatAnd if there is a specific package for cleaning inside your car your mirror, stearing wheel, doors I would of picked that one and just get a wash outside ( $)

I visited the Country Club carwash on Chesterfield Airport Rd on 6/14/2016, just before 5:p.mI pulled into the car wash and put my car in neutral when I felt the machine start to pull My car rolled forward and eventually stopped, and I sat for a awhile and the machine never pushed my car forward I pulled forward slowly and eventually an employee knocked on my window and told me that the car did not hook up properly and that I needed to backup to the beginning of the line He backed me up to the beginning and my car then proceeded through the wash My left rear wheel was severely scraped up during this process I emailed the customer service on their website several times and did not receive a response, and the following day called the number on the website and was told that I needed to go back the store and file a damage report and so that the manager there could view my car and review video I took my car to the location, and a worker advised *** *** the GM was not the

wash from beginning to end and saw no indication that we damaged anything on the vehicle. We take special precautions to keep cars safe from damage with the equipment we use and the trained personel in our carwash tunnels. I did invite Miss [redacted] to come to the carwash and look at our carwash tunnel and tried to explain to her why the damage did not occur in the wash, I also invited her to watch video but she was not interested,she was convinced the carwash caused the damage and would not listen to what I had to say. we did not cause damage to Miss [redacted] wheels.
