Since I filed the complaint I found another number for Tom [redacted] and was successful in getting hold of him.   He told me he lost his cellphone and thus changed his number, and got a new email address, and had sent out my security deposit over a month ago.   I don’t believe any...

of it.   I do believe I bugged him enough he figured I wasn’t going away anytime soon.   He ‘put a stop payment’ on the check and reissued it.   Since it can take a while to go from Rochester to Ca when he said he would overbite it I agreed and he took over the $22 it cost from the security deposit which I agreed to.I did receive the check the next day and deposited it - and it seems to have settled ok.  My problem is resolved.     The office number I finally reached him at was [redacted]   Perhaps this will help the others who have active complaints on your website.Thank you.[redacted]
