Ms. [redacted] must have us mixed up with another company for we do not mow. We are a fertilization and weed control company. ...

We did have a truck on her street the day of the complaint and they did turn around at the end of the street but only pulled up to the driveway. If you look at the Google Earth street view of the cul-de-sac it is tight and tough to turn around. I spoke to the employee and he stated he turned into the cul-de-sac and pulled up to her driveway but did not pull in. Backed strait up and was able to continue the turn back around i.e. a 3pt turn around. Our company vehicles are pickup trucks so turning usually is not an issue unless it is tight. Again we do not mow and only come down this street 4x per year therefore it is impossible for Country Club Lawn and Tree to use her driveway constantly. On 10/26/2015 we did inspect the driveway and took pictures looking for tire marks on the driveway. Unfortunately we did see tire marks on the driveway. It appears to be 6 sets. Along with that there was a contractors pickup truck (red) sitting in the driveway with the wheel turned. It appeared to be a dry steer turn creating tire marks. The point is this was the first time in 2 months we have been down this street and the tire marks were not created from us.
Finally to address the customer service aspect of this, Ms. [redacted] called our office and was very irate with our office manager. She insisted to speak with the owner. Our office manager stated both owners were out of the office at the time. Ms. [redacted] stated she expected her driveway pressure washed or was going to contact the Revdex.com or the police for trespassing and hung up the phone. This is opposite from what she states. Our office manager was rudely hung up on. I was contacted immediately of the situation for this is not the first time we have had issues with Ms. [redacted].
Facts:
#1 We do not mow and do not come down the street constantly.
#2 Owners were in the field working and unable to take Ms. [redacted]s call.
#3 We were the ones hung up on.
#4 We will NOT be pressure washing to clean up tire marks we DID NOT create.
