tenant request or notify me of repair problems or roach problemsThe tenant left the house full of trash, food, clothes and very nastyThe roaches was falling to the floor when the front door was openedWe have since got the house cleaned and the roach problem stopped, but there is still a bad odor in the house that we cannot get outWe have nor been able to rent the home because of the odor problemThis mobile home did not have a roach problem before and previous tenants never complained of roach problemsThis was a very nice home before this tenant moved inThis tenant then moved in with another tenant, a relative, and without park approval, This tenant then started having problems getting their rent paid and was evicted in April This house was almost, but not quite, as badThen the tenant moved in with another relative, a son, that lived and rented hereI worked with the daughter in law to get them out, with no successFinally the daughter in law had her baby and moved out because she could not keep the house clean for her babyThe son then quit making rent payments, and was evicted in September of this year(I see the date of the complaint.) This house was as bad as the original house they lived inThe daughter in law kept the house clean and had never complained of roach problemsWhen she had a repair problem, we got it fixed right awayI hope we don't have anymore unknown relatives living here for the tenant to sneak into the house on usThey probably can't rent in their own name with the reputation they have madeSincerely,Judy M***, Manager
