I want to start by saying that working with John and all of the staff over at Country Club Motors and RV was a refreshing experienceThey were professional and very friendly from the start to the endTheir wide selection of inventory and willingness to listen to what we were looking for and what we needed made the whole process so easyWe had been in the market for a few months when we went to Country Club, they took there time and listened to what we had to say and found us the unit we really wanted an experience like no other that we have hadThey made the buying process so easyWe took our new Georgetown on its maiden voyage two weeks ago and could not have been happierI more then recommend I encourage anyone in the market for an RV to see what Country Club has to offYou will not regret it

I called a couple months ahead for an appointment to do some warranty work done on my new motorhomeI told Brice (the service manger that he would have to call the factoryHe said no problem a couple days before my appointment I called to give him a list of things that I wanted taken careI again told him he had to contact the factoryHe said the way they did it was take pictures & then have me come in againI tried to explain we were living in the m.h& I didn't want to bring in twiceHe said quite rudely that was the way they did it & did I want the appointmentI told him I didn't do it that way & hung up on himI have heard other stories about lack of service & that kind of rudenessI told everyone I can not to do business with them***

- Set up trailer delivery date mths in advance – upon arrival, service work not started Stayed over – not all work complete – had to leave due to time constraints Manager promises to send service and parts to us – NEVER HAPPENED
- Emails and phone messages not returned over period of mthsFinally Service Mgrpromises action – NEVER HAPPENED
- Contacted ***/*** *** with list of items for repair and for any assistance with Dealer – long drawn out struggle
- Manufacturer refuses to repair some items – DEALER had billed *** /*** *** for items we found incomplete or repair had failed
- Disgusted with dealership, and removed their decals - found deep scratch in paint covered up with a COUNTRY CLUB MOTORS AND RV decal
- While trying to contact COUNTRY CLUB MOTORS AND RV owner, miraculously General Manager takes the call Says he never received calls and promises immediate action, and keep us in the loop Will have service come to us and complete all repair items – NEVER HAPPENED
- Discussed and found local service technician but due to slow action of dealer, repair guys work load increases and he’s out
- Contacted Dealer’s General Manager with available 2nd service techService tech also contacts dealership – NO RETURNED CALLS Manager promises to contact the Service techand start repairs – NEVER HAPPENED

I traded my rv for a new one on November 12. There were a few things that needed done to the new one so I finally picked it up with "part" of the things done on November 28. It's now February 1 and I'm still trying to get everything taken care of. I've been promised over and over that someone would be here to take care of this....no one shows, no phone call, nothing. Today I complained to the owner, who immediately pushed me off on the NEW service manager. Sales department was fine, finance department was fine but the service department is terrible.

Country Club Motors and RV was very pleasant to deal with. Great service and willing to work with the customer! I would do business with them again.

I purchased a Jet-Ski from this business. I went to take it out and it didn't run properly. I was told numerous times that nothing was wrong with it. When I brought up the issue to the owner he said that they would purchase the part that was damaged and they would put it in for free but I would have to pay for the part. So I agreed. The part came in and the owner stated to bring it in on a certain day so I brought it in on that day and when I brought it in they stated that it was going to take 3-4 days to fix but I was told that they would fix it in 2 hours and then the owner and myself would go out and test it and if that didn't fix it I could receive my money back for the jet ski and walk away from the whole thing. This business is very shady and not friendly. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

I did make it home but the wire cords were protruding from one of the tires. I replaced 2 of the tires and on the next short trip another tire blew out. I called them. They did not return my calls. I stopped there in person but find they are unwilling to negotiate any kind of reimbursement. Not one person is working there that was at the the time I purchased my rv.

I was very new to RV'ing and after my experience at Country Club Motors and RV, I'm sure this hobby is to stay. I reached out on their website and was contacted by Jordan, the internet manager. I explained to him what my family and I were looking for and he answered all of my questions with a genuine concern for me and it made me feel very comfortable. Jordan helped me find the right unit for my family, and never pressured us. We've been camping nearly a half a dozen times since then and our experience with our trailer has been amazing. I've already recommended Jordan and Country Club Motors & RV to my friends, and will continue to do so.

One of the worst RV dealerships I have dealt with. Customer service is terrible their attitude is terrible they're after the sale service is terrible I would never recommend this dealership 2NE1

I had read a the 2 reviews on here and was cautious about using this company. However the price they were offering I had to give it a chance. I was nothing but satisfied, all of the staff were really helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I would recommend that anyone in Yuma or even outside of Yuma use this company. I don't about the experiences of others who left the negative reviews, but I can say that I have never been more satisfied with a purchase or company then I was with Country Club Motors and their staff.
