MrD [redacted] accused me of misrepresenting the value of the broken tv & my sister finally found the receipt which I will fax to you as soon as I locate a machineHe also says I waited days to notify him; I moved May 10th, [redacted] came the 11th & I called D [redacted] as soon as the tv was turned on & I saw the damageI have texts that prove this & a voice recording on my iPhone which need to be turned into files I can attach & emailI don't know how to do this & will go to Apple Store tomorrowI have no desire to drop this complaintThank you!My sister just emailed me a pic of the original receipt for the tvIt says originally $2,on sale for $2,My sister bought insurance from direct tv & when the original tv developed a blue vertical line, direct tv replaced itThat is the tv at issue & it was delivered 3/9/Am emailing pics of both receiptsThank you so much for your quick response; I've learned my lesson

Im the owner of DiMura's Moving Services LLC The complaint here is just a flat out LieI never broke this tv she is talking aboutI moved that tv with careful hands the Tv was never dropped slammed or put in the truck where it could be damagedShe broke that tv herself and tried to blame the
moversFrist that Tv never cost $I was wiling to help her but she is unreasonable> And I don't like being Lied tooThe only thing to resovle this is court or I told her I would get a Tv for herAnd for the record she called days after it was put in houseand the cable installer was coming that day so the tv would have been on the day we moved it so 3days after sounds fishy to me Thank You Tom D***

I resoundingly reject MrD***s response. It contains little if any correct or true facts and contains most of his patented excuses that he usually uses on the huge amount of complaints received. If anyone bothers to look on the Revdex.com website at reviews and responses by customers, or any of the numerous threads online, you can see a clear pattern here. Mr D*** bilks working people out of their hard earned dollars with storage fees and other fees conjured up after jobs and fees have been agreed to. He holds peoples goods hostage for storage ransom, then sells them if they dont pay him. I have provided the thread above which shows his true demeanor and business accumen as evidence as well as contact information for uShip personnel who can attest to the validity and accuracy of my statements in the letter provided above. The people this man has taken advantage of cry out for justice. I am a Disabled Veteran and on this Veterans Day urge you to do what is right

Here is my response to complaint #***. I was bidding on jobs to take bake east Mr*** accepted my bidBut I contacted him to cancel the bid because I was no longer going back east.He
asked me to pick his pieces up at the auction house where he purchasedAt first I told him no that I wasn't going back eastBut he asked me to pick up and store till I can deliver because they had some rule at the auction house purchaser must have things pickup at a sertaint timeI agreedSo time went on and I couldn't get anything thing going eastI contacted him and asked him t o pay meI was having some money problems cause I was hacked on the internet on my advertisingI had to have all my advertising redone.I was slow till it started showing againHe contacts Uship and tells them He didn't receive his things.Uship cancels my account now I can't get any interstate jobs cause of him.Now his things been in my storage since June and I paid $every month.And Uship only gave me $350.So I charged him for local pickup is $And charged him storage @$a month for months $His bill is $I told him he can pay Uship back.Cause of all his dishonestyI would have worked with him but it's a one way streetHe tells me what he's going to pay me it doesn't work that way I have prices not deals.If I pay Uship I have no account and no recourse.I don't want his thingsI want them goneOr he can get My Uship account reinstated and I'll deliver his thingsHe can pay Uship what he things he owes and I'll pay the rest. Thank You Thomas D*** Ps: The his guy contacted personal friendsof mind on facebook to try and get dirt on me.And has been slandering me on facebook
