Country Construction installed a new metal roof on my home along with lovely vinyl sidingThey were very professional, completed the work in a timely manner and to a very high standardThey did such a good job I also had them install a deck on my parents home

Country Construction (dba Country Restoration) responded to a call regarding wind damage (falling tree limbs damaged the roof) at Mr [redacted] home on 5/19/ While repairs for that project were still ongoing, on 6/26/2012, a leaking pipe was discovered in the crawlspace Mr [redacted] had his own plumber replace the leaking pipe Country Restoration performed repairs in the crawlspace, two bedrooms and the bathroom On 8/9/Mr [redacted] told Country Restoration that, in addition to the standard caulking around the bath tub, he would provide tile to install as a border around the bath tub Mr [redacted] was advised that a simple piece of PVC trim would be the best option, but he asked that the tile be installed instead A final walkthrough for all repairs was done with Mr [redacted] on 9/21/2012, at which point Mr [redacted] indicated that he was happy with all of the repairs On 10/19/2013, Country Restoration received a call about an unpleasant odor in Mr [redacted] home Since there was the potential that this could have indicated a warranty item that would need to be addressed, Country Restoration responded immediately by sending out an employee to open up the area and expose the plumbing drain lines Country Restoration also sent WaterWays Plumbing to make the repair In the process of the repair, it was determined that the leak was not a warranty item, but was instead a latent building defect For all project related communications, Country Restoration uses a system that permanently archives all emails, journal entries, etc As of the date of this response, Country Restoration has not received any communication from Mr [redacted] regarding the tub caulk Country Restoration is committed to the highest level of customer service, and responds quickly when contacted regarding a warranty item Mr [redacted] would be best served to contact Country Restoration directly and discuss whether or not this is a warranty item

Mr*** has not to this date made contact with Country Restoration in regards to this matter, except through the Revdex.com. His State Farm agent made a comment recently to an employee of Country that he had been contacted in regards to a possible warranty issue. He asked what was going on and was told that, should Mr*** contact us, we would inspect the damage immediately to determine whether it is a warranty item or not
Mr*** noted a broken sewer line in his complaint. As noted previously, on 10/19/2013, Country was called about an unpleasant odor in Mr*** home. A Country employee was sent out immediately to locate the leak and open it up for a plumber. Country also called a plumbing contractor to inspect and repair the damage
Prior to sending out either the Country employee or the plumber, Mr*** was told over the phone that the leak would be repaired, but in the process the cause of the leak would need to be determined. If it turned out to be an issue covered under warranty, Country would pay for the repair. If the leak turned out to be something not covered under warranty, Mr*** would pay for the repair. Mr*** agreed verbally to this.
Please find attached the original invoice from the plumber, which includes the plumber's findings. The sewer leak was clearly caused when a joint in the pipe separated because it had not been glued when it was originally installed
As this had been a potential warranty issue, Country Restoration did not require Mr*** to sign a contract prior to performing the plumbing repair. As such, when Mr*** did not pay for either the plumber's bill or the time spent by the Country employee, we decided to simply write off the loss. The last contact made by Country Restoration in regards to the unpaid bill was a letter sent on 8/20/

Country construction replaced our bathtub and did some other work throughout the house the bathtub caulking leaked I let them know never heard back from him now the floor underThe bathtub is rotted and tub ready to fall through the floor and they won't even return a call

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]. State Farm has called them to look into the leak and no response. And yes I did want the tile around the tub but that is not what I got they put in a guarter round piece of plastic and the calking failed. I had another contractor come out that State Farm requested and the said all the new water damage was do to faulty workmanship. The reason they don't want to come out is because they were the last ones under the house and broke a  sewage line and they did fix it and now want me to pay for it the line was not broke befor the repairs to under the house
