Country Curtains

I contacted the Country Curtains In Home Design Service in January.2015 for living room and dining room drapes to be made. I was told that the drapes would have to be paid in full before the order could be placed, which I reluctantly did. I have purchased thru their stores before and never had a problem with quality of product. The consultant told me that the drapes should be ready in about 3 weeks. They were, but she didn't have me pick out rods till they arrived, and then I had to wait for those to come in. Next I had to wait for the installer and consultant to be availble to install the drapes. So after another week or so they were installed. After a few days the pleats were not holding. I had to wait for the designer to come out to see them, check with her boss, contact the company who made them. It was determined that new sheer drapes would be made in a new fabric. Waiting again for arrival, installer, etc. The new drapes were nice for about two days. The installer had even tied them so the pleats would take. We called the supervisor. She didn't want to see pictures of how they looked, and quickly agreed to to a discount we asked for just to keep them because I don't want them to make any more that will not work. I had not heard from the consultant to see how the drapes were. I will not shop in their stores any more.
