The sales team was truly no-pressure and worked with integrityThey put me at ease and I felt I could trust them right awayThey offered honest suggestions when comparing vehicles and great customer service after I chose a vehicle and needed to fill out paperworkI cannot say enough good things about this business and the people who work there!

In September of 2016, my husband and I purchased a used vehicle at Ness Auto sales in FargoWe were going to trade that vehicle in yesterday at a different dealership only to find out that the vehicle had “structural damage” according to a CarFax report run by the new dealershipWe still owe nearly $7,on that vehicle but it is worth only $1,due to the structural damage that occurred before we were in possession of itHowever, Ness Auto sales never disclosed this informationI’ve done some researched and have found information that states it is illegal for a dealership to sell a vehicle with structural damage without disclosing that information to the consumersWhat actions can we take moving forward? Are we able to file a claim because they sold a car illegally? Any help would be appreciated
