Dear Revdex.com, : Regarding the complaint ID # [redacted] : 1) Never recieved any message from [redacted] due to high call volume on out dated answering service 2) Weather went cold for repair on house chimney approx man hrs $materials3) Original work was verbally quoted at $before repairs on house due to another contractor's mistakes had to be fixed 4) [redacted] pleaded for a cheaper price on garage and being honest hardworking contractor I agreed to do this job at a price of $with no time to finish agreement5) [redacted] wanted some minor repairs on house & he would agree to the job for $6) The veneer stone work cost 5400.00, materials & labor I never asked him for an extra payment which any other contractor would have7) [redacted] said he would pay for extras on house totaling approx $extra he never offered to pay8) [redacted] is so strapped for free work that wrote this letter9) We worked for [redacted] before and has same problem Any questions call ###-###-####

I called and left messages on a machine twice and spoke with a women onceHe always received my calls before on his "outdated" machine
Weather went cold....he started work in July.....weather didn't get cold till mid NovHe never said anything about "man hours and cost of material in contract"
3.There was no other "contractors mistake" that need to be fixedGarage was a new building with no "mistakes"
I did not "plea" for a cheaper priceI asked him what was the best price he can do the job for and accepted his offerI even agreed to pay more to include some minor house repairs
I paid for sone veneer (total $1400) like he requested and deducted the amount off the contract......like he requested
He never informed me, called , or approached me after he finished the stone work in Octabout any "extra payment" to finish workI agreed to pay for material when he was to do the job (he said approximately $100) but he never returned or contacted me about the house repairs
I am not "strapped" for "free work".....when I go into a contract agreement with a contractor, I expect him to honor itIf there were problems with any part he could have consulted me at any time. Contractor did work for me once before and I did not have any problems with himThat is why I called him this timeContractor is usually not at siteAlways has workers there and they are treated "like family" by my familyRegards,*** ***

$4800.00 before repairs on house due to another contractor's mistakes had to be fixed.  4) [redacted] pleaded for a cheaper price on garage and being honest hardworking contractor I agreed to do this job at a price of $3600.00 with no time to finish agreement.
5) [redacted] wanted some minor repairs on house & he would agree to the job for $3600.00.
6) The veneer stone work cost 5400.00, materials & labor.  I never asked him for an extra payment which any other contractor would have.
7) [redacted] said he would pay for extras on house totaling approx $380.00 extra he never offered to pay.
8) [redacted] is so strapped for free work that wrote this letter.
