I hired a new crew to cut the three tree's Friday and they started Saturday at 7amSo with that saidMr *** has dollar's of my money in his possession with the work on the bid not done*** can grind up stumps, clear the back fence area, cut up, and remove the fallen tree as listed on the second bid an I'll call it evenRain slowed my new crew down some but by Monday they should be done*** can come On the 5th and 6th of November to avoid going to small claims courtIf not I'll see him in court soon after the dead line

How will the Business receive my request? Phone? Email? Regular mail? We have been texting him daily since the complaint was filed and he keeps promising to show but never doesWe stand by wanting a refund at this pointWill seek legal counsel if needed. Thanks for your help
