*When you brought your Pilot to my shop to get the rust spots repaired, I told you like I told every customers who wanted their rust repaired that we could slow the rust, but we would not able to stop the rust. Some may last a couple of years, some may
only last few monthAll depend how luck you were, so there was no any warranty on the rust repair job. After you insisted to ask a warranty, I told you very clear: I would refund you $if any rust came out within one year. You agreed with me and wrote it down on the Estimate / Invoice: "One year warrenty ( any rust come out will refund $50)"You may find it in your invoice. I have not heard anything from you until middle of September. you called me one time and left a copy of the invoice on the office door. I called you back when I saw the invoice, but did not get answer. You did not neither come to see me nor bring your car to me since you left my shop on 9-16- If you had brought your car to meshowed me the rust, I would have no problem to refund $50 to you like our agreement wrote on the invoice.
