This concerns a complaint against me for not delivering a couch set to an individual who tried to purchase it after discovering I failed to put the price in online. I was adding products online and I did by mistake not include the price so it defaults to $. This guys girlfiend
contacted my wife letting her know that I had mistakenly not put the price on a couch set and a piece of wall art. Before I had a chance to fix the mistake I received an email from my *** site saying I had a sale for a couch set and all I was being given was the shipping because the amount was zero. I thought it was a joke at first until I received a call from the guy saying he wanted his couch delivered because his credit card got billed but he didn't get his couch. I asked him to pop by my store with his credit card statement so I could confirm if he did indeed get billed for the couch. All I received was the shipping which I have already gave back to him. He never did show up and I thought it was over until I receicved this letter. I did call the Revdex.com and talked to one of your reps who said to email my version. Thankyou I hope this clears up this issue an ultimately my reputation
