The waterproblem is a seprate issue from the sewer repair we were hired to doWe have advised the customer several times to fix grading problems around their home and repair gutters that are not directing water away from the foundationThe customer has refused and both issues are not part of our responcabilty under our contrat to make the sewer repairWe have requested information about the quoted foundation repair and have not received it from the customer so we are unable to offer any further assistance at this timeWe have expressed a willingness to review this quote for the customer and offer our opinion

Had to have plumbing updated due to outdated plumbing and the issues because of themThey didn't seal the foundation properly- leaving it leaking when it rains right around where they "fixed" the sewer pipe going into the house from outside They came back & put a sealant on the outside but never put any on the outsideLeaving it still coming thru the foundation STILL LEAKING thru the outside & I have sent several emails regarding the situation Even spoke to the secretary Chris & heard the owner swearing and yelling at her She is not the only one he has used this language with- my spouse also after he called to let them know we had a contractor come to inspect the issue- he saidit needs to be repaired on the outside with a fiber seal or waterproof sealant so the water didn't further cause destruction with my foundation This is another 3-thousand dollar job for the foundation contractor*
