Apartments have black mold and are dangerous to your health their lease agreement is like signing pages of you're responsible for whatever happens no matter what it is there's a $charge for them not being in their office on holidays if it is the due date for your rent to be paid they do property checks twice a year and Snoop in your stuff these buildings are put together with random parts from what looks like trailer houses after living here for months my cat went blind I have been in and out of the ER repeatedly as has my roommate with symptoms that resemble toxic mold exposure when our house was flooded because of their broken pipe they did nothing to fix the problem mold is visible throughout the buildingI reported numerous problems with the air units and refrigeration unit in this house the toilet leaks on the floor behind it they took the 700-plus dollar deposit and have never fixed anything since the day we moved in apartment manager is rude
