I am rejecting this response because: The car was taken to the dealer on 2/27/in Merriam, Ks & they replaced a headlight on the right passenger side & electrical was checked as well, nothing was done to check the motor. Paid to have the oil changed by Valvoline on 2/28/& found that the car was low on transmission fluid & the air filter needed to be changed as well, at a cost of $80.98. This did not solve the sound of the pistons going up & down when car accellates

I have spoken with the customer several timesWe agreed on a date and time to bring in the vehicle for inspection and discussing repairs if neededWe discussed them bringing the car in on a Monday following our discussionThey have not done so, therefore at this time, we are waiting to inspect

Our owner, [redacted] has since corresponded with the customer and has resolved the issue. Thank for your help in this matter.
There is no signed warranty. It was on the window of all of the cars in the lot.
