If I could give this place a zero I wouldI have used them for over years and everything was fine until this yearFrom damaging my AC unit and not telling me, mowing the grass IN THE RAIN so it was a chunky mess, using a riding mower to mow the front and the back so it is never low enough and never evenly mowed, missing to week rotations (I am a weekly client, to NO communication from the owner or staff, this year they have gone down hillI doubt the owner ever communicates with his head landscaper because this business is a messWe are a military family and rely on this service due to work obligationsI should not have to call and leave messages plus email the owner for a week and still get no reply about a yard half mowed in the rain with a riding mower (which I have requested 3x that they not use in the front) and wet grass clumps left everywhere after literally mowing for yes min, yet I still got CHARGED!!! This business is a *** SHOWI am reporting them to the Revdex.com, and calling them out on all social media sites because this is down right wrong and disgusting! NEVER AGAINThank god the season is at an end because next year I am getting a new company! These people are liars and crooks.DO NOT USE!

The date in question that the Center was closed was due to local roads being iced over. Country Home Learning Center's policy regarding inclement weather is to follow the surrounding school district's decision as to whether or not to close the schools. Country Home Learning Center's

Country Home Learning Center contacted Ms*** by phone to discuss her concern, and an agreement was reached to refund Ms*** the actual amount of her credit, $56.00. The refund request has been sent for processing
