our service technician and sales person on June 26,Based on the testing and observations made at that time we established that thestove is producing heat and the igniter is working.We at S***'s Chain Saws and Stoves Inc feel we have done our best to work withthis customer but she simply does not like our answersWe along with the APRIndustries Inc, the manufacturer, and Empire Distributing, the distributor haveunanimously agreed that the stove is working as it should and therefore we will notauthorize the return of the stove nor will we refund her money.With Regards,Deborah S*President

In response to S*s letter, ALL of my temperature readings are made from the same location, on my main living space floor, via thermostatI check it every weekday morning at 6:40am, throughout the day, and before I go to bed each nightMy complaint from the beginning, has always been, that the stove did not produce the heat, I was told it wouldIt has never heated my basement, the space S*s agrees was what I was looking forIn my opinion, the stove not producing the heat I specifically was looking for and/or the stove was defective, are the sameThe stove did not produce the heat I was told it wouldLeading me, the non-professional, to believe, there was an issue with the stove I still find it hard to believe, that it was the pellets that effected the heat as much as it did, as I used the remainder of the pellets in another stove, and they work wonderfullyEven in the cold temps of 20's-30'sNever once, even on milder days in the 50's and 60;s, did my house reach degrees with the *** stove on the highest settingNever once, since I purchased this other stove, has my house, even in the coldest temps, been under degrees on the lowest settings When I went in to purchase the pellet stove, I was told that coal would be the warmer optionAnd yes, I did state, that I could afford the stove, but the piping was more than I could affordI was already piped in for a pellet stove and being that my old *** Stove sufficiently heated my basement and first floor of my home, and Rhiannan said, the *** XLheated their showroom floor and the upstairs offices, I trusted that this would in fact, be the way to goUnfortunately, this was not the way to go.I spoke directly to Dave S*** the day I contacted the Revdex.comI told him, being that S*s would not do anything about this stove, that I'd have no choice, but to contact the Revdex.comHe then said, "Do what you want! I will not do anything for you!" So I contacted youI never gave a time to respond to S*sI did however, contact the *** Company saying that I would be contacting you, the Revdex.com, after lunch and if they were interested in resolving this, I would listenI have still not heard a word of response back Whether the stove is defective or the stove just doesn't do what was promised, makes no differenceThe stove is not what it was claimed to be. I am not attacking anyone's integrityI feel that I have been wronged and am only asking that the issue is fixedAgain, if S***'s believes that the stove works properly, then they should purchase it back from me and be able to sell it to someone elseIt most definitely did not work for me and I could never sell it to someone else, knowing it doesn't do what it's supposed to do If I were to do that, I would have to question my own integrity.

To Whom It May Concern:This will be our last response to Ms***It has become obvious that we are not goingto come to an agreement with Ms*** regarding the *** *** stove she purchased fromusWe have consistently shown with our evidence and fads that the stove does in factoperate as it should and is giving off heat as it shouldWhile Ms*** claims she was"promised" by our company that this would heat her home she is mistakenWe do not makepromises when we sell a product, we offer options to a customer based on the informationthey provide and that is exactly what we did with Ms***.Ms*** has shown inconsistencies in her complaint, the first being that the stove wasdefective now the stove does not produce the heat she would likeWhile she feels these arethe same they are in fact two different scenariosAlso a year ago even back in June when ourcompany did an in home service Ms*** was unable to tell us what kind of stove she hadprior to our stove, now over a year later she says it was a *** stoveAs for thetemperature reading, she is taking the temperature on the first floor or main living space ofher homeWhen she purchased the stove from us we were under the impression it was toheat her basement and warm the floors of her main floor, not to heat her main floorWe arenot purchasing the stove back since we have proven that the stove does in fact work as itshouldFurthermore the amount Ms*** is requesting, $3215.35, was not just for the stove.She paid $for the stove, $for labor/installation, $for venting componentsneeded plus $for sales taxHer total amount for the entire job was $andasking for a complete refund on labor and product that was used and sales tax that was paidto the state is unreasonable.Based on our evidence we stand behind our decision to not refund Ms*** her moneyand we have the full support of the manufacturer and our distributor as well.Regards,Deborah S***
