We waited a year prior to doing our backyard In that time we had several landscapers over to give us estimates and idea's Our neighbor was having their yard done by Caballero's and we asked for an estimate Juan was professional, had great ideas, and did an estimate on the spotHe was willing to work with us on our ideas and provided some great insight on how to enhance our vision He showed up with a great crew of guys on the day expected The crew was professional and just a bunch of nice guys Juan was open to and worked with us on some minor changes as the project moved along He was done on time and on budget What a great experience! I had been looking for a concrete contractor to demo an extended patio so I could add plants but couldn't find anyone to come all the way out to BuckeyeI happened to stop at Jackrabbit Nursery to purchase shrubs and mentioned I was looking for help and was given Juan's cardI casually emailed a request from work soon afterwards and received a response from Juan right awayHe followed up with a phone call right after I gave him the address and phone numberHis crew showed up the next morrning right on time and did exactly what they said they would doNeat and professioalJuan showed up toward the end of the demo and we talked about the pergola I wanted builtHe gave me a lot of suggestions and seemed very knowledgableGreat experience

Caballero Landscape was recommended to us by Jackrabbit Nursery We needed to have two large trees removed from our property They were very large and invasive to our home foundation and to our septic systemJuan came out and gave us a very competitive bid for removal of both trees and thoroughly explained the process which put our concerns at ease! He was able to schedule the job expeditiously His lead man arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly began chopping down the tree in our front yard He only stopped when he discovered a large honey bee hive housed in the tree! The lead man called Juan (the owner) and promptly connected me with Juan, who told me we had a bee issue! I was completely blind-sided! We had no knowledge that there was a bee hive in that tree! Juan advised me to consult with the fire department but he also indicated that he had a resource available for a bee removal I contacted the fire department but they could not help us unless the bees had harmed anyoneSince they had not, I asked Juan to contact his bee "person." Within the hour, his bee specialist was at my property removing the hive! I have NEVER had a contractor be so timely! After the hive was removed, Juan's men removed both trees and miscrubbish to boot! I was very impressed with the job they did for us! I will definitely use them again !

I had checked out three other landscape companies before my friends at Jackrabbit Nursery suggested that I call Caballero's Landscaping in my home town of Buckeye I called Juan C***, owner, and he came out to my home, that day I needed some trees, concrete curbing, block wall and gate, and my backyard prepped (sod stripped) for an in-ground pool construction Juan gave me a price over $1,lower than any of the other companies, and his crew started demoing my yard the very next day Caballeros Landscaping was so efficient, professional,,and such a pleasure to have on my property, that I turned over my entire backyard landscaping to Caballeros Landscape They put in a beautiful double RV gate to replace my 4'wide walk thru gate, exactly the way I wanted itThey laid pavers (the pavers had some stain spots on them that Juan's crew spotted, and Juan had them all pulled and sent back and re-laid good ones no extra charge) Caballeros laid paver curbing, laid synthetic grass, ran irrigation lines, planted palm trees, cactus, and cleaned up after every day of work His crew are all professional, courteous, efficient and very pleasant to have around When everything was done, Juan C*** saved me several thousand $and his work is outstanding This is a top notch companyt Do not start any landscaping project without at least giving Juan C*** a chance to work for you You will be so happy you did

Dependable, Affordable and Professional
Was looking for someone to take our backyard that was just plain ol' dirt and make it look spectacular Juan and his team did just that Our yard includes a large paver area, firepit table, rocks, boulders and lots of cacti and succulentsJuan came up with a fantastic design that surpassed my expectations He knew what would look great, made recommendations, but at the same time incorporated my ideas His crew was very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing They took pride in the work they were doing and it shows I would highly recommend Caballero's for anyone who needs landscaping services

I scheduled a service appointment and it was a no show I contacted the owner and he said he would call me back, never happened Unprofessional business owner

I called to contact the complainant on September 20, shortly after receiving this letter of complaint. Ileft a message for the guest and have not he arc back from her. The guest had 2 reservations for thedates mentioned. The reservations were booked through [redacted]. The [redacted] reservation...

numbersare [redacted] and #[redacted]. The reservation [redacted] was cancelled, the second reservationwas not. We do not have any payment info on the guest. We have never charged guest.I believe her issue should be with [redacted] and not our hotel.Thank you,Doug [redacted]General Manager
