On the **, he apparently was in for his cheque, however, I was off on vacation that day. Having said that, I had not received any paperwork from his realtor with regards as to the reason the deal fell through. I called him and he informed me that he had not been speaking with his realtor, a step he did not realize needed to be done, therefore, the realtor was unaware of his request. At this point he shared that he wanted to put another offer in on a different property with another realtor from a different agency.
