I received your letter dated Wednesday, July 01,2015I am writing to inform the Revdex.com that I reject the response from The Country Inn and Suites of Greeley COdated June 29,2015.Ms*** is mistaken in her factsI did indeed check into the Inn on May 28, for two(2) nightsOn the afternoon of May 30,2015, around 5:00, I stopped by the front desk and asked to extend my stay by one night at my current rateI was granted that extensionWe checked out of the Inn on May 31,at about 10:I left my keys at the front desk and the girl said "you're good to go".We then took care of getting our daughter moved to Denver and came homeI have attached a copy of a withdrawal slip from my bank in Durango Cn Monday June 1, showing that I did business in my hometown and in no way possible able to be in Greeley CO.The Country Inn and Suites of Greeley COhas refunded of the nights that were wrongfully charged to our cardI am still in need of the last night overcharged as well as the overdraft fees incurred due to the negligence of this business in overcharging us by nights as well as taxes.Since my daughter, *** ***, paid for the room I am attaching a copy of her bank statement as well as a letter she has written with her concerns.
