I do not accept this responseIn the survey I filled out candice acknowledged my wait and acknowledged the room was not readyIn her response to the Revdex.com she implies that she simply called up and the room was readyThis in fact is not trueShe called housekeeping to clean the room because it was not ready I checked in after 6pmThe sign clearly states check in is at 3pm that's several hours my room was not readyI'm requesting a 100% refundAlso, below is her response from the survey where she clearly acknowledges my wait and that the room was not ready upon my arrivalI pre called and pre paid and requested my room to be ready upon my arrival. Dear MrMcWilliams,I apologize for your wait on your room, for when you checked in our Housekeepers were finishing up on all the roomsI (Candance*) was verifying that your room was ready and had informed you that I was checking to make sure your room was ready for youI would rather have checked you into a freshly clean ready room then a room housekeepers had yet to touchWhen we have a full house the night before it is very unrealistic for our Housekeepers to clean all rooms in the hours between check out and check inDuring the process of checking you in my head housekeeper verified that your room was ready, when you and I finished the check in process your room was ready and I handed you your room keys; therefore you did not have to waitThe sign states Check In is at 3PM, for those early check ins and if the room is availableI do apologize if you feel as though I was very unconcerned or rude towards your concerns, I was not intending for thatWe the staff here at Country Inns and Suites want to thank you for staying with us and allowing us to serve you.Sincerely,Candice JeansonneFront Desk ManagerCountry Inns & Suites
