Country Inns and Suites by Carlson Goldsboro

A charge made for "incidentals" of $25 which was supposed to be refunded.When I checked in I was told I had to consent to a $25 "incidentals" charge which would be refunded upon checkout. When I checked out I was told the mgr would issue credit when he/she came in. I called the next day and was told it takes 3 business days for credit to show. It has now been 10 days and still no credit. I called this morning to speak to Mgr but was told they would have call me but no response. Date of stay was 4/6/16 in room 304.Desired SettlementRefund of $25 to my discover cardCredit has been received. Please close file on this complaint
