Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I looked into the history of this sectional and did not find any returns for the complaint given.We send our technician to the customers home to verify all manufacturers defects. Our technician works independent of our company and we
feel has a very fair assessment of the products we sell. We gave the customer $back since this did not hold up to their expectations. We will however look for the pictures of the product and reassess the decision we made.Thank YouTaryn B***

The furniture was purchased for pickup, which is concealed in its original wrapperAll product can be inspected before it leaves, however most is taken home in original packagingThe damage was unfortunately concealed in the packagingAll of our service issues are handled through our customer service department in the order they are receivedI believe there was a miscommunication about the problem and schedulingWe have since this letter fixed the customer's sofa at no expense to the customerWe take pride in handling and resolving all service issues for our customersWe also value this feedback to make our services better, and hope we can prevent these issues from happening againSincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:the sectional is only months and the tears are clearly in the seat cushions where the recliners are when you slide out the foot restThe shredding of the fabric is in between the seams of the cushions where they were sewedI hope we can resolve this in a timely and reasonable mannerThank you, *** ***

[redacted] The warehouse has contacted [redacted], husband of [redacted], and made arrangements to deliver the correct recliner on 4/28/17. There is to be a phone call prior to delivery to confirm the time they will be at the residence.

Review: After purchasing and picking up a sofa on a sat, we came home to find that one of the insrts on the leg was smaller than the leg screw and would need a repairman to come to service our NEW sofa. On calling the store long distance and complaining, I was told to call another store where the serviceman come out of. When I did that I was told the store was closed and there is no service on the weekend. So now I have a New 3 legged sofa for the weekend and no repairman. After another long distance to the first store, I spoke with a manager that really was not concerned in helping this problem. I was told the service people will call you on Mon. or you can return the sofa. Mon. comes and NO service man calls So again I call the office that is 5 min. from our home and leave a message. After waiting 1 hr and noone returns my call, I again make a long distance call to the original store requesting they call the service store and get me some help. An hour later and Ruth calls say her serviceman will give me a call. So this in now all happening on Mon. am. After waiting 2 hr.s I return my call to her and leave a message that the serviceman didn't call me. She chuckles that NO, that may take a few days, he is busy. Why didn't anyone say this????? So now I call the original store and request a manager where 4 hrs later no one returned my call so here I am reporting this claim. The Customer service issue between these 2 stores is HORRIBLE to say the least. They tell me that only 1% of customers have problems and that they only have 2 serviceman to cover 7 stores in our area. I would say that is a problem, plus the managers, who should be handleing these complaints, seem to just blow us off. NOw we are due for a storm this week and a major holiday and I have a NEW sofa with 3 legs till????? Would anyone like to tell me or give me an extimated time of repair? This is unacceptable and I will tell everyone how horrible their customer service is as well as the shoddy craftsmanship of their prod.Desired Settlement: A service person ASAP or a complete replacement, pick-up and delivery at the companies expense with NO restocking fee.
