income on June 15, 2015, due to her gross income being too high to reside at Meadowview Townhomes in compliance with federal tax credit housing law. During the process in which she was screened for her background check, she was never told that she had qualified for move-in, only which her credit and criminal background check had come back approved. Meadowview Townhomes is a tax credit community, therefore all prospects must qualify under the regulated income and occupancy guidelines set forth by the federal government. The prospective resident must show proof of income for verification, in which is verified by Dominium's compliance department. Some of the paperwork that was originally provided by [redacted] for employment verification (check stubs) looked as if her income would qualified for our community. The LIHTC programs require written verification from employer to confirm income. It took several days to get this form back and it showed that [redacted] would be getting overtime on a regular basis. Her overtime together with her child support for the past 12 months did put her income over the restricted size for a household of two. [redacted]s was immediately informed the next day,Taylor R. Michael [redacted] of Indiana Clockworks, has had possession of my electric Sessions clock in excess of 18 months. Originally, the work to repair the clock, following a photograph exchange, was quoted at less than $250.00, and Michael said he had worked on similar clocks. My clock was sent, with 1/2 deposit for repairs, in April, 2014. Following a clock cleaning, I sent the balance of the quoted repair price in August, 2014, and Michael returned the clock after working on it, saying it was in great working order. Within two weeks of return, the clock failed and I contacted Michael. He advised me it was a simple repair and would repay the shipping charge for me to return it to him. The clock was returned, Michael contacted me and said it was working well in November, 2014. I asked Michael to wait to return it 'til after the Christmas season, and he agreed. In February, 2015, Michael contacted me and said the clock needed a new motor, and he located one for $65.00. I authorized him to purchase it and sent him payment for the motor (less the shipping that Michael had not yet reimbursed). In July, Michael contacted me via e-mail and said the clock now needed a new coil. I promptly replied and told him to return the clock, and return the money paid, less the cost of the motor that I had authorized. He refused. Further, he ordered a coil for the clock, without authorization, and send an additional bill to me for $150.00. I paid that, have requested the clock be returned. The clock has still not been shipped to me. This man has milked me out of substantially more money than I would ever have agreed to pay for the clock to be restored. I have paid almost $500.00 to a repair man in the last 18 months, and still have not received my clock. I believe this maybe fraudulent, in the very least, highly unethical.
