Review: I bought a car off of Country Motors owner Guy R[redacted] & after owning it 3 days it broke down I made a few minor repairs that he notified me about & lead me to the real issue the motor was no good he told me to drop it off @[redacted] he would fix it & country motors would pay the repair bill it's been 5 wks & car still isn't done. I've contacted him numerous time & told him I didn't want the car no more & wanted 1 to replace it he said he didn't have any cars in that price range & I told him to null & void the loan & I'd go purchase a vehicle elsewhere but he would do that either I've contacted him different times & he's avoiding my phone calls ive talked to his employees & he says call back when Guy gets in as wellDesired Settlement: I'd either like my car back & running fine or I want a replacement car that's in good running condition that won't be in a garage for 5 weeks for repairs that should've only taken 3-4 days to fix

Review: I purchased a vehicle from Country Motor Sales in Connellsville, PA. The advertised price was $4500 and I purchased the vehicle for $3800. The dealer list the frame as being repaired and the vehicle had a current PA inspection sticker on it showing that the vehicle was safe to drive. After getting the vehicle home and finding several issues I had it inspected myself from a PA inspection station. I was told that the vehicle was damaged beyond repair and unsafe to drive due to the frame being rotted. WHen I contacted the dealer he could not provide the place where the vehicle was inspected. and would not refund my purchase price of $3800. I called the PA DMV and traced the vehicles stickers back to SAMS Gas in Scottdale PA. I contacted SAMS gas and they said there was no record of ever inspecting the vehicle or repairing the frame. I believe the vehicle has illegal stickers and was never inspected by anyone. In addition, The dealership would only give me a printout of my receipt for the down payment of $1000. When I handed the owner the rest of the $3800 he placed it directly in his pocket. I asked for a full receipt and he said since he took $700 off he would have to recover his losses and I could use the Auto Solutions printout for my records.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the dangerous vehicle and receive a refund for the full amount paid ($3800).

Country Motor Sales had a 94 Jeep Wrangler for sell for the price of $4,500 and we advertised it on the internet for that price also. A few days after we bought it from a auction, we had one of are outside garages take it to check it over before we sold it , they were the ones that detected that the frame needed patched, so they patched the frame and also checked it over for a inspection sticker, so they got it inspected before bringing it back to our lot. We dropped the price for $4,500 to $1,700 do to the frame being patch and the rust on the tub, do to we couldn't take it back to the auction to get refunded because was bought it AS-IS. [redacted] came down after seeing it on the internet and was interested in buying it , he came down and looked it over and test drove it and said he want it and we also told him the frame was patched and there was rust on the tub do to that that's why we dropped it to $1,700 instead of $4,500. He looked it over some more after we told him about the issues it had. He said he didn't care about the issues do to it was going to be for off road at his camp site and was only going to be used for that reason only. [redacted] said ill give you $1,000 for it the way it sits, [redacted] agreed to it . [redacted] gave [redacted] $1,000 plus tax title plates for the Jeep as [redacted] brought the jeep up from the bottom of the lot he started checking things like if the doors locked with the key and the back glass opened and closed and a few other things, so he found a few things that was wrong with it that he detected, like the door didn't seal around the hard top or the doors didn't lock and the back glass didn't open , [redacted] tried to give his money back a few times and said there won't be any hard feelings, [redacted] told him to shut up and do the paper work. [redacted] also bought the jeep AS-IS and we do not give money back on AS-IS Cars. He also did Not give $3,800 for the Jeep.
