I placed an order in early June. My credit card was charged and I still don't have my purchases. Never again. This is criminal.

Hello Paige,

You had pre-ordered two items and they have been on backorder with the manufacturer. They came in on our last shipment and we have been working to get it unpacked. It was unpacked as of this last Friday and we are working to get orders processed and shipped. I did find your order and it did come in, it will process and ship today. We do charge cards at the time the order is placed because we do not keep credit card information on file for our customers safety. That is the reason you were charged at the time you placed your order. I am sorry it has taken this long to get your order processed, our manufacturer has been dealing with delays all year because of Covid-19. Normally it can take 2-4 weeks for a pre-ordered item to come back into stock, but with the delays it has been anywhere from 2-8 weeks. Again we are so sorry for the delay and hope you can forgive us for the delays in this uncertain time.

I received a partial shipment of my order in April.The rest of the order was supposed to ship in June.I haven't received the rest of the order.
Order number ***. Received part of my order at the end of April. I ordered this in March. Have not received the rest of my order even though I have proof that they wrote that the rest of the order "will ship out in June". Began calling and leaving messages at the beginning of July. Cannot get anyone on the phone when I call their number. They don't call back. I think this is a fraud case where they charge your credit card, only ship a partial shipment, and then don't ship out the rest of the order. Eleven items haven't shipped in my order and I can't get ahold of anyone. I will have to call my credit card company and have them dispute the charge.

Desired Outcome

If I still do not receive the rest of my order by August, I want a full refund on the items that I had already paid for back in March that were not delivered.

I finally was able to talk to someone on the phone after I filed the complaint. The woman who I talked to had refunded me money on my credit card on the pieces that she could not ship. She also shipped out the pieces of my order that were in stock. I received those this past week. I told her that I would drop my complaint if she made things right. So I officially drop my complaint on this company. I am really disappointed that it had to take all of this to make things right.

I ordered a Christmas gift from them around the first of December and never got it. I received a confirmation email that my order had been placed and they charged my credit card. I emailed an called customer service, but never got a response. Still no shipment and still no refund.

Money withdrawn from bank account. Product not received.
Order placed ***. Confirmation email received, order #***. Bank account (via ***) debited $*** on ***. No product has been received to date and three emails have been sent. The third email requested a refund. No response to email. No refund to *** account.

Very questionable business. Customer service is non existent. I placed an order a week ago, and it still shows as unfulfilled. When I called customer service twice, I was told both times that the order would go out by the end of the day which obviously did not/has not happened. The lady I spoke to seemed as if she could care less as she told me they weren't a huge conglomerate just a simple family owned business. I placed orders from other simple family owned businesses on the same day, and I've already received those orders. If you can't handle the volume of business, then maybe you shouldn't be in business. If I ever get my order or my money back, I can say with 100% confidence that I will never waste my time with this business again regardless of how good their prices may seem. This business is a true example of getting what you pay for.

Order #*** placed *** for $***. They charged my checking account *** for full amount. The order was for 11 ornaments. Second order #*** was placed *** for $*** and they charged my checking account *** for full amount. That order was for 6 ornaments. Both orders were placed on line through the *** website. I emailed CountryNMmoregifts.com *** and asked when the orders were going to be shipped. I received an e-mail from *** that said " Three of the items on your order are pre-ordered items and according to our backorder list they should be shipping to us after ***. As soon as they come in we will get your order shipped out to you in full" I emailed them again on *** and have not received a reply.

Desired Outcome

I would like the items from both orders shipped to me within the next week. If that is not possible I want to be fully reimbursed.

Over the years I have ordered several dozen collectibles from this company and was very happy with their products and customer service. All that seems to have changed under obvious new management. Preorders are now immediately charged even when items won't be available to ship until months later. Emails don't get returned and phone calls either go to voicemail after one ring or mailbox is full and gives you a phone number unrelated to the phone number you called. I've had to cancel my last 3 orders. First two were preorders I didn't feel comfortable paying in full for months before they would ship. Last order was for two items that were supposedly in stock. Bought on 8-12, not shipped by 8-17 (even though they say on site items ship same or next day). Left message and got call back saying item would ship 8-17 but on 8-21 order still said Unfulfilled. Email not returned and tried calling again, but mailbox is full. Cancelled this one as well and will never order from them again. Whether item is in stock or not, card will be charged and you may or may not ever receive it. I don't do business with companies that conduct themselves in this manner. Very sad this business is no longer a viable option to buy collectibles from.

It is listed as "unfulfilled". I have phoned the company many times and all I get is a recording instructing me to leave a message and someone will return my call, which has not happened. I left a written message about the whereabouts of my order on the company's "contact us" section of their web site and no one has replied to my inquiry. I am concerned that this company is even still in business and that I have been charged for an order that has not even been shipped. I would like the items on the order, but if this company cannot fill my order, I would like a refund and I will try to find the items I ordered elsewhere.

I would like the company to contact me as to when my order will be shipped. If they do not intend to ship the items I ordered in the very near future, then I would like a refund of the $*** that was charged to my *** account.

My order has still has not been shipped. I tried numerous times to contact Country N More Gifts via the phone, unsuccessfully. I left a message ***; no one returned my call. I would like a refund of $***, since it seems my order is not going to be fulfilled.

HORRIBLE!! I want to give them no stars!!! Ordered 3 dated Christmas ornaments before Christmas and a month later I had to call because they took my money, but I had not received my ornaments. Only received 1 out of 3. They will not answer my calls and keep telling me that my PO has my package which they do not!! 3 months and I have an incomplete shipment and they have my money. I will NEVER shop with them again!!!

On my packing slip it was written that I was short that one ornament and "*** will ship seperately"(sp). I then received an email stating that my order was complete. On *** I sent an email through their web site asking why my order was considered complete when I have not received all of my order. It was assigned ticket # ***. I did not receive a response so on *** I called *** and after holding for 50 minutes I was finally connected to a male who make a note in my account that I was"expecting item *** Ornament SKU: *** when it comes in". By the end of *** I was tired of waiting for the item and called customer service to request a refund . I called ***, ***, *** and *** and received a recording each time to leave a message and they would return my call. I left a message with my name, phone #, invoice #, Item # and my request for a refund each time. As of *** I have not received a response from this company. I need help in getting a refund of $*** from this company. This refund can be put back on the credit card used to pay for the order,***.

Country Gifts had right number for charge do not understand how they didn't have number for credit

I received an order which was broken and they don't respond to emails and mark the ticket closed.
I received a Cathedral of *** which was missing the cross on top of the steeple and one of the stained glass windows in the back was broken. I emailed them asking how to proceed and they didn't respond. I looked up the ticket several weeks later and they marked is "Resolved." I submitted another ticket asking why the first one was resolved when I hadn't heard back from the original ticket and they closed the second ticket to Resolved. My order number was ***.

Desired Outcome

I just want it replaced or the broken parts mailed so i can fix it myself.

Contacted this company about my order numerous times and I was told items were there and would be shipped immediately.Four months now and no order.
Put in a review with Revdex.com on *** detailing my issue on my first order placed with this company. Numerous unanswered e-mails and several conversations with *** saying the items were there and he would get them in that mail that day each time we spoke and the final attempt on *** was with *** and he assured me he needed to check on a couple things and would call that afternoon. It is now ***. No call, No email nothing. Today I phoned and now there supposed customer service is inventory busy and they will only answer phones between 8am and 10am. Four plus months. Is this a bad joke? The order number is ***.

We our having issues with our computer system in the area of updates both to the customer and inventory to show the items on back order. we are rectifying the situation and hope to have it corrected buy mid ***. To further argue the points of this complaint would be futile. I asked for a resolution which I now have almost five months after placing this order therefore I will accept this provided the order is actually cancelled as stated.

They have charged my *** account, but I have never received the item.
I placed the order on ***, sent a follow-up email on *** an another email on ***. There is still a deduction on my *** account, I haven't received the item and have not received any communication from them.

Placed order on ***, called company on ***, said they would send out, still haven't seen on ***. No response to many attempts to contact.
I placed my order on ***, at which time--and still at this time--the web site said the item would be shipped within 24 hours. Had not heard anything from the company by ***, so called them. I was told they would ship the item out that day. Received an email on *** saying my order was processing, and that I would receive an email when the item shipped. I have never received the shipping notification, and my order still reads as processing on the company website. I attempted to call yesterday, but no one answered the phone, so I left a message on their contact me form. Still no response this morning, so I attempted to call the company after 9:00 their time, but again no one answered. I was, however, able to leave a message, which I did. Still did not hear anything by 10:58 their time, so I called back. This time I received a message saying all of their customer support were on calls and to please hold. I held for 18 minutes. The phone was never answered, and I finally hung up because I don't have the time to waste on a company with abysmal customer service. I have left another message via their contact us form informing them of my displeasure and requesting yet another phone call.

Tried contacting the seller all day *** via phone (a total of 10 calls of which none were answered); a message on their phone system, which was not returned; and five messages to their Contact Me form, which have not been responded to.

The only response I see above is under the heading "On ***, the business provided the following information: Response has been posted." This doesn't tell me anything. I see no actual response anywhere--on this page, to my email, or through their website.

Additionally, why did it take the company over 60 days to come up with this ridiculous response?? It truly bothers me that a company that can treat a customer as abysmally as they have treated me can still have an A+ Revdex.com rating.

I am very sorry for the inexcusable customer service. We switched to a new ecommerce platform in ***. We experienced many problems as a result of the transition. Our inventory system had many bugs which caused overselling product. We also had issues with our customer service. We've been selling online since 2001 and have built a great customer base with excellent customer ratings and reviews. The 4th quarter of *** was a very difficult time for our company. We have no excuse other then we completely ***. We should have contacted you immediately after you placed your order letting you know that we could not fill it. The lack of communication on our end was completely unacceptable. Please accept my sincerest apology. At the start of *** we completely overhauled our software. I know this is no consolation to you but we have taken the necessary steps to ensure this never happens again. We are back on track to providing excellent customer service and support.

Promised replacement for broken figurine, eight months later still waiting and no answers.
In *** I ordered a figurine from Country N More. The item was broken in shipping and I notified their customer service (***). Upon submitting a picture of the broken item I was told I would be getting a replacement once they were in stock. That was ***. I sent two emails with no response and in *** wrote there main customer service. I am still awaiting a response.

The shipment of the promised replacement figurine and an apology for the inconvenience.

Complaint is closed. This company responded to a posting on their *** account and the matter has been resolved amicably.

I placed an order with this business on November 28, 2017. On December 7 I still had not heard anything, so I called the company. I was told they would ship the item out immediately. I received an email on December 12 saying that the order was processing, and that I would receive an email when the item shipped. I have not received any shipping email. I tried to call yesterday to get more answers, but only received a recording saying they were not available. I used their Contact Us form and sent them a message explaining the problem and stating that I am not happy. No response. I called back again today and encountered the same recording saying they are not available. Based upon my experience and the other negative review on this site, their A+ rating needs to be reevaluated.
