We appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues our customers have This customers account has been cancelled as of 1/10/when we received the required written cancellation notice in our office Prior to 1/10/we had not received the proper documentation from the customer to cancel the account The customer cancelled with months remaining on their contract term, therefore they were sent an invoice for the balance of contract owed We made several attempts to have the customer schedule a service call to resolve their issues, but they would not schedule a call Due to contract terms and cancellation, the customer does owe the final balance of contract invoice

Upper *** reviewed this customers situation and as of 6/the balance of contract which was originally stated as being owed was waived. This customers account has been cancelled and no further amount is owed on the account

of the portable panic located on her keyfob unit, As this was a Panic signal there was no call to the customer, as they may be in a life threating situation, the [redacted] were immediately dispatched. 2) As to the situation with the Monitoring station individuals, a review of the records back until December 1, 2014 indicate no requests to speak with a supervisor. Lacking the time and date of the call I am unable to verify the claim. I do apologize if she was not handled in a professional manner and if she could provide the time & date I will be happy to follow up on the the matter further. 3) Cancellation In order to close this matter and satisfy the customer we will, upon written request, cancel the agreement and waive the contract termination charge. Again we need in writing the customers request to cancel, it may be mailed to our [redacted] office, faxed to [redacted] or emailed to my attention at [redacted] thank you

cancel the account.  The customer cancelled with 17 months remaining on their contract term, therefore they were sent an invoice for the balance of contract owed.  We made several attempts to have the customer schedule a service call to resolve their issues, but they would not schedule a call.  Due to contract terms and cancellation, the customer does owe the final balance of contract invoice.

We were here at Revdex.com because I was not getting a response from management regarding the issue for three weeks. After I submitted Revdex.com, I received a response and resolution from the company.

The customer has been contacted today and we are set to install the part for him free of charge, tomorrow.  The piece of equipment that is not working is a cell unit owned by the customer and  AT&T is discontinuing service to that piece of equipment, therefore it needed to be replaced...

in order for his security system to continue functioning.  This issue has been resolved.  Thank you.
